Open Positions:
Administrative Assistant
This is an in-office position in our downtown San Rafael office Monday-Friday. Position requires candidate to do:

*Proofreading, copying and binding audit reports
*Assembling PDF tax returns for nonprofit clients
*Processing incoming/outgoing mail
*Inventory/ordering of supplies
*Assistance with processing monthly billing
*Prepare checks for deposit
*Basic filing, clerical, and word processing duties as needed
*Maintaining an orderly office environment, maintain supplies
*Learn backup duties for Office Manager role (includes light bookkeeping)
*Various projects for the owner of the firm
